1996 STAR TREK 30TH ANNIVERSARY PHASE 1 SHIP GOLD PLAQUE REDEMPTION UNCUT SHEET, less than 200 of these were made, you had to redeem them via send away promotion.
This uncut sheet of Star Trek ship placards measures 20" across and 10-1/2" tall.  Thick cardboard stock, has minor creases and damage from poor storage.
