Cancellation Policy
At Marketplace.Live, we have with a wide network of independent sellers who manage their own stores, inventory, and order fulfillment processes. Because of this structure, each seller sets their own cancellation policy, including whether they accept cancellation requests and the timeframe in which a cancellation may be possible.
How Cancellations Work
Submit Requests Quickly: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact the seller directly as soon as possible using the messaging system in your order details.
Seller Response Required: All cancellation requests are subject to the seller’s approval. Marketplace.Live cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be accepted.
Orders May Ship Rapidly: Many sellers begin processing and shipping orders immediately after purchase to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Important Notes
If a cancellation request is approved, the seller will issue a refund according to their policy.
If a seller does not accept cancellations, you may still be able to return eligible items in accordance with their return policy after receiving your order.
Digital products, custom items, and perishable goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
We encourage buyers to review the seller’s shop policies on their storefront or product before placing an order for information about their specific cancellation terms.
If you are unable to reach a resolution directly with the seller, our support team may assist with inquiries in line with our Buyer Protection Policy.
